Revina Alford - Makeup Artist

I am an experienced make up artist for bridal, fashion, glamour, photographic and special events. I was trained at the Napoleon Perdis academy in South Yarra and I recently participated in courses at the Loreal Melbourne fashion week.

I have a broad range of high grade cosmetics, including Napoleon Perdis and MAC and have developed my own individual technique over the years.

It is so enjoyable working with people and I have a gentle, fun loving approach with my clients and enjoy transforming and creating looks that compliment their natural beauty! I am also into fitness and participate in marathons and have a good knowlege of fitness and health which is vital for radiant skin.

I hope to devlop a more eco friendly kit with the introduction of mineral makeup. I currently work with various Melbourne hairdressers and have enjoyed creating Sistarella with Marion Lawrence my sister. Being a team gives us a unique advantage and we deffinately inspire and bounce around ideas with each other. Also, being best friends we feel together we make a dynamic team. Especially at weddings which is a family affair we relate well to everyone being sisters.

My designer make up service involves a pre event consulatation usually months before the event, where we first discuss colours and effects as well as extras like lashes. This can be done either at the sudio or I can come to you. I write all the colours down and provide you with the brand and colour lipstick so you purchace your own for the big event.
